Scripture says the most high God created Earth from void and endless ocean. Humans were given free will, and the satan taught us to sin. Sin enlists us in the spiritual war, and brings death to Earth. God taught humans how to overcome and pay for sin. The wages are death.
Humans have long sacrificed living creatures in hopes of pleasing spirit beings. This must be in our nature. Earth is soaked with the blood of our hopes.
Jesus is the sacrifice sent by God as full payment for sin. Belief in the blood of Jesus is hope that, when time ends, we too will be resurrected a celestial body, free from the curse of death. Proof is the presence of the Holy Ghost when you believe. Then, you will know God as Father. This is the gospel.
