Jesus is the first publicly witnessed case of grievous death, decay,  and resurrection.  Many witnessed him ascend with a new body; his followers felt grief turn to joy.  They soon received the spirit of Jesus on Pentecost, and believed it to be sent from God.  The spirit sealed the truth of Jesus and gave insight into the mystery.  To this day, all believers in Jesus report similar Holy Spirit experience.

Born into a blood atonement culture, Jesus was sacrificed to God through an act of obedience.  Jesus did God's will and did no wrong, so the sacrifice would be perfect and his blood covers all sins.  While dead, Jesus was separated from God in timeless torment.  Upon resurrection, God crowned Jesus king over the coming kingdom.  A kingdom without suffering.
